| Job Description: |
The Department of Graduate Psychology is seeking an individual committed to community mental health and training students to become excellent clinicians. The position includes organization, program development and oversight, coordination of training for students from three disciplines, and involvement in the local community. Position subject to final funding.
Responsibilities: Provide leadership and vision. The executive director will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the overall organizational development of the clinic, and will maintain and build existing community relationships. The director will ensure quality clinical training for students and mental health services to the client population.
Level: Administrative Faculty
Qualifications: *PsyD/PhD preferred, MA/MS in Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy considered *Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Marriage and Family Therapist preferred *Record of successful program development *Experience within community mental health *Excellent organizational and leadership skills *Excellent written and verbal communications skills *Previous clinical supervision experience *Must be in agreement with the purpose and mission of Azusa Pacific University in providing a Christian focused higher education. *Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, not required
Experience: Seeking individual with proven management experience and clinical experience within community mental health. Previous clinical supervisory experience required.
Workload: 12 month, full-time
