Job Description:

World Vision International is a global Christian relief and development organization dedicated to helping children and their communities worldwide. We are seeking a Global Mobility Advisor for the development, deployment and oversight of WVI international assignments program including the development of an international assignment strategy, philosophy and policies which maximize ROI, employee, engagement, well being and development, talent attraction, and retention. It includes a systematic approach to assignee sourcing, career planning, and repatriation. The incumbent will facilitate the design and modeling of the future state, conduct transition and resources planning, develop supporting policies and processes and secure needed approvals. Once approved, this individual will then lead the deployment of the program to include communications and change leadership and will then serve as the global oversight and coordination function of the application of the program across the Requirements The successful applicant must have a University degree in HR, international relations or related field (Master Preferable) (Specialization in Comp & Benefits), knowledge of expatriate and international assignment field and practices (proven experience in leading an IA function), and knowledge of international cross-cultural impact upon expatriates.
